Terms of use

Last updated 1 November 2026

By using Let’s Match, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What it is

Let’s Match helps a group choose a movie or show to watch together. It’s free.

2. Who can use it

People 18 and over, or younger with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

3. Use it fairly

Don’t use bots or automated tools, overload or attack the app, join sessions you weren’t invited to, or use offensive names. We may remove names or block use that breaks these rules.

4. Film information may be wrong

5. Other sites

Links to streaming apps and YouTube take you to their sites, where their own terms apply.

6. Ours and theirs

The Let’s Match name, logo and design are ours. Film posters and information belong to their owners.

7. No guarantees

The app is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always work, be error-free, or pick a film you’ll love.

8. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for losses from using the app or not being able to use it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may change these terms, or change or stop the app, at any time. We’ll mention big changes in the app. If you keep using it, you accept them.

10. Law

These terms follow Indian law, and disputes go to the courts of India. If you live in the EU or UK, you keep the protections of your own country’s consumer law.
